Yes. We regularly work with clients in Canada, Australia, the UK, and across the Middle East. For international projects we apply the relevant national code (NBC, AS/NZS, BS EN Eurocodes) and coordinate stamping requirements with you in advance.
Basic projects receive sealed PDF drawings. Standard packages add editable DWG/CAD files. Premium packages include full Revit/BIM models alongside PDFs and DWG files. All calculation packages are delivered as organised PDF booklets.
Absolutely. If the scope grows — say your contractor requests connection details not in the original scope — we’ll issue a transparent change order at a prorated rate and update your timeline accordingly.
We accept payment via bank transfer or major credit cards. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon delivery. For Premium and multi-phase projects, milestone-based payment schedules are available.
At minimum: architectural drawings or sketches, site address (for wind/seismic zone lookup), and a description of what you’re building. The more detail you share upfront, the more accurate the quote and the faster we can deliver.
