Meet the Team
Five engineers across structural design, CAD drafting, and project coordination — working together on every project that comes through.
in Practice
Muhammad Usman Ibrahim
Structural Engineer & FounderUsman started Tech Core with a focus on one thing: structural drawings that contractors could actually build from. Five years in, he still reviews every calculation that leaves the office.
His background spans concrete, steel, and heavy timber — from small residential decks to multi-story commercial structures. When a project gets complicated, he’s the one clients call. He believes good engineering is about being thorough before anything gets built, not catching mistakes after.
Based in Lahore, Pakistan, he leads a team that works remotely with contractors, developers, and fabricators across North America, the Middle East, and beyond.
Muhammad Sufyan Arshad
Senior Structural DrafterHandles the bulk of CAD production and fabrication drawing sets. His steel connection and pre-fab detailing is some of the cleanest on the team — fast, consistent, and never late.
James Mitchell
Structural Engineer – US OperationsCoordinates directly with North American contractors and permit offices. Specialises in timber frame and wood-framed residential projects — knows IBC requirements well enough to catch issues before submittal.
Sarah Henderson
Project Coordinator & Structural ReviewerManages coordination for US-based projects — keeps timelines on track and acts as first point of review before drawing sets go to clients. Sharp eye for constructability issues.
Ryan Kowalski
CAD Specialist – Glulam & ConcreteFocuses on glulam frame documentation and RCC detailing. Came from a precast manufacturing background — his shop drawings are made for fabricators, not just engineers. Contractors rarely ask for revisions.
HOW WE WORK
Three things we hold to on every project, regardless of size or client.
Accuracy First
Calculations are checked before drawings leave our desk. A structural error doesn’t show up until something fails — we’d rather slow down by a few hours than send something wrong.
Deadlines Are Real
Construction schedules don’t wait. When we agree to a delivery date, we meet it. If something is going to slip, we say so early — not the morning it’s due.
Direct Communication
You work with the engineer, not a sales layer. Questions get answered clearly, and if we spot something off on your project, we flag it — even if you didn’t ask.
Work With Our Team
Have a structural project? Send us the details and we’ll get back to you with a scope and timeline — usually within 24 hours.
